I really hope for change, but the issue, as you said in your article, is that it this obsession with girlhood and outward fragility is so engrained in ballet that changing it would require a complete overhaul in the way it is taught and promoted.

Very interesting. People want to be thin, end up with Ozempic face and then use fillers to puff up their face. Vicious cycle.
